Chairman-Vortex Spain
Dr. Eli Abramov holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Ben-Gurion University. His career began with numerous roles at the Nuclear Research Center-Negev (NRCN), leading up to the position of Deputy Director General. Over two decades, Eli held executive positions in leading enterprises such as Baran Group, where he served as CEO, and ADAMA Agricultural Solutions, where he was the Executive Vice President for Global Operations leading its transformation in global processes, making the company a benchmark in its industry. His vast experience spans across various technological fields, from energy and water to chemical processes. Eli also chaired Israel’s Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Environmental Protection Manufacturers Association division and he is currently leading its Innovation Committee. He has also served as the Chairman of the board of SCE and Advanced Technological Center in Dimona. Throughout his academic endeavors, Eli published about 30 papers in reviewed journals and approximately 50 in conference proceedings.
Co-Founder
Oganes Sraapyan is a seasoned Engineer with a specialization in wide range of Science and Engineering fields. Oganes is a member of the Ukrainian Academy of Technology, and is recognized in the fields of Energy and Ecology. Oganes has a rich background in the energy sector, managing and directing construction of multiple nuclear power plants in Russia. He has also held leadership roles, including General Director and Deputy Director General, at prominent construction firms such as ARMGOS PROYECT and Yugovostokatomenergostroy, overseeing power plant and refinery construction projects.
Oganus is also very experienced in business management, assisting with international transactions and advising on environmental management and renewable energy asDevelopment Director for Eastern Europe at HERA.
He is running Vortex Spain, which is the R&D hub of Vortex.
Oganes holds an Engineering degree from the School of Civil Engineering in Yerevan, Armenia and economics specialization degree from Kalinin University in Russia.
Engineer
Miguel, with over 30 years of expertise in manufacturing, welding, and CNC machining, has made significant contributions to product quality and project management. His journey from a skilled welder and fitter to the founder of his freelance business highlights his adaptability and leadership in developing innovative solutions, including collaboration with Vortex R&D S.L. on cavitation devices. Based in Alpedrete, Madrid, Miguel Ángel combines technical proficiency with IT skills in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, making him a valuable asset to any engineering project.
Project manager
Lidia is a distinguished Project Manager with a robust background in civil engineering, economics (double degree with honors from Voronezh Construction University), and extensive experience in project management, public relations, and leadership. Fluent in Russian, English, and Spanish, Lidia currently spearheads projects at Vortex R&D S.L. in Madrid, ensuring timely deliverables and effective stakeholder communication. Her career also includes significant roles as the General Director of OOO Garun restaurant, managing costs, staff, and customer service, and as First Deputy Head of Administration for Economics in Voronezh, highlighting her versatile management skills and strategic approach to both private and public sector challenges.

Erez led as President and CEO three prominent companies: Teva – the world’s largest generic pharmaceutical company, ADAMA – the world’s largest generic agrochemical company, the Strauss Group- multinational food and beverage company. He was a member of the advisory committee of the National Economic Council, a member of the Advisory Board to the Governor of the Central Bank, a member of the National Security Authority Plenary Governing Board. Erez holds a master’s degree in management science (MBA) from MIT.

Peter is an entrepreneur that has built across Germany and Switzerland the ecosystem of scientists, experts, cutting-edge technologies and entrepreneurs which is the foundation of the company. Peter possesses 30 years of experience in turning inventions into successful businesses, identifying business opportunities, developing winning strategies, nurturing and supporting entrepreneurs in companies such as Mannesmann, Tebodin, Diebold, Klöckner Moeller Baan SA/ Engineering, and Cordys. Peter holds master’s degree in engineering industrial management and economics from Dortmund University- Germany.
Business Development Director
Yasar Tektas is a prominent banking, finance, and international business development professional with degrees in Business Administration and International Relations. He boasts a decade of experience, beginning as the youngest team leader in UBS AG’s Private Clients department and later excelling in sales and e-commerce roles in the fashion industry. Formerly a Business Development Manager at Ongresso, Yasar led Swiss government carbon offset projects and supported SMEs in Latin America. Now, he serves as Business Development Manager for Terra-A AG. Skilled in networking, creativity, problem-solving, and market analysis, Yasar is multilingual in German, English, Spanish, and French. He is also active in community politics and sports, exemplifying his dedication to societal progress.
Senior IT manager
Rainer possesses more than 40 years of experience in Highly automated distributed IT systems with widely autonomous meta driven integration including the design, prototyping, development of standalone, embedded and orchestrated IOT-components using micro-processors and micro-controllers and connecting IOT and BI. World expert in using rapid development tools with integration of various IOT techniques, bridging to AI based on meta driven interface and process control as well as in development of system architectures – EAI (Enterprise Application Integration), SaaS and web-platforms.
He held a master in Business Informatics from Munich University and was in various management and consulting positions in German industry.
Legal and Backoffice
Joachim Janert has been working in trusteeship in the Principality of Liechtenstein since 2001.
Joachim Janert has a 180a approval from the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority FMA. Active in his work as a board member and administrator for international clients. In addition to his work as a trustee, he specializes in the handling of international financial market vehicles, including securitization, bearer bonds and other structures – both with and without stock exchange listing.
Head of Innovation
Dr. Marina Lysenko is orchestrating Vortex’s grant writing and submission, is an innovative leader in the biotech and healthcare sector, with a PhD in Biology and a track record of spearheading R&D initiatives. With roles ranging from CEO/Medical Lead at Sustained Therapies to strategic positions at Janssen Pharmaceuticals and AbbVie in Israel, she has led ground-breaking research in phage therapy, real-world evidence, and clinical studies across various medical fields. Marina’s work, recognized with international awards and featured in top-tier publications, exemplifies her commitment to advancing solutions through scientific excellence and strategic development. Fluent in English, Hebrew, and Russian, her expertise spans project management, grants raising management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, driving significant advancements in patient care and research.
